IP address is a unique numerical address assigned to a computer as it logs on to the internet. Connect Fleet do not have access to any personal identifiable information and we would never seek this information. Your IP address is logged when visiting our site, but our analytic software only uses this information to track how many visitors we have from particular regions.
Like most Internet services, we automatically gather this Personal Data and store it in log files each time you visit our website or access your account on our network.
Data usage and storage
In general, Personal Data you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better.
Connect Fleet uses your Personal Data in the following ways:

In serving you, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology like GLONASS) to determine precise geographic location of GPS devices, in order to give this information to the users you have authorised for that and provide relevant services to them. We may use and store information about device location to provide features of our Platform and to improve and customize it. Also, we may use this data for statistics analysis and share that non-personal aggregated data with other parties. We will not use or share this data for any other purpose.
Many devices will show you an icon when location services are operating. We only share this location information with other users and or parties as approved by you.
If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should switch off the GPS tracking device or turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.
How we share your data

Connect Fleet will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. If you remove information that you have made public on our website, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of our websites or if other users have copied or saved that information.

Connect Fleet is committed to protecting the security of your Application Data and Personal Data. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Application Data and Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is encrypted and protected with the following software 128 Bit encryption on SSL. When you are on a secure page, a lock icon will appear on the bottom of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer and others.
Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are sent normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
